The project

Tales of Prismodia brings a Dungeons & Dragons story to a filmed live-play format. The work connects a cast and crew with the creative vendors, documentation, and planning needed to support an ongoing series.

My role as producer

I oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and the coordination of cast, crew, and creative vendors. That means translating a creative ambition into deliverables, conversations, and next steps the team can act on.

Coordinating creative work

I prepare requests for proposals for video and audio editing, graphic design, photography, cinematography, visual effects, and character illustration. The work includes defining the requested output and connecting vendors to the project’s creative context.

Keeping a world coherent

I meet weekly with a story consultant to organize extensive series lore, track storylines, and maintain documentation that supports narrative continuity. That shared record helps an evolving fantasy world remain usable across creative conversations.

What it demonstrates

Independent production brings creative judgment and practical coordination into the same room. Prismodia is where I apply scope, scheduling, budget oversight, vendor communication, and story documentation to a project I am building with other people.
